1. Be able to independently take charge of the product operation work of the department, including but not limited to collecting and sorting out the department's product requirements, interfacing with the product manager, following up the requirements, and tracking the performance of the product after its launch;
2. Be able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and product status, promote and optimize operational plans based on business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation of online related product promotion activities to achieve kpi targets;
3. Continuously follow up on product performance, analyze user behavior, needs, understand competitor trends, and conduct competitive analysis;
4. According to the current operation status, product existing processes and optimize business efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Good analytical and logical thinking skills, a sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and able to complete projects independently;
2. Have insight, independent analytical skills, as well as strong learning, innovation, and language expression skills;
3. Passionate about product operation, passionate about innovation and solving challenging problems;
4. Able to do PRD and prototype drawings, with banking experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries is preferred;
5. Strong ability to withstand pressure, execute, and learn.
